My fiancé and I came into Burrad Acura looking for an SUV. We didn’t have a particular model in mind, however, my fiancé is extremely picky and knows he wants something luxe. We came here because aside from selling Acura’s, they also offer a variety of preowned vehicles from a wide range of brands.
As we walked in, we were greeted right away by one of their sales member Brian An. And may I say, probably one of the best on their sales team! He made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in and was an extremely great listener. Understanding my fiancé’s ideal SUV; he showed us not one, not two, but four models that suited his criteria! Brian had spent a span of 3 days test driving, eliminating and tracking down the perfect vehicle for my fiancé and not once was he rushed nor pushy!
I’m so impressed with how Brian treated us and how hard he worked to make sure we were beyond happy with our purchase! We left with a Mercedes ML and personal car salesmen for life! We will never purchase a vehicle from anyone else as long as Brian can get us the vehicle we need!
I have never been treated this way at any dealerships and I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to look for Brian at Burrard Acura!
